We have been made aware of fraudulent emails circulating that claim to offer access to attendee or visitor lists for World of Coffee Brussels. Some exhibitors and attendees may also receive messages from companies claiming to be an “official housing partner” or “official hotel provider” for the event.

Please be advised that these emails are scams. 

World of Coffee does not share or sell attendee data with any third parties under any circumstances. Due to GDPR regulations, it is not possible for any external company to obtain or sell attendee lists related to the event. Any communication offering attendee or visitor data should be treated as fraudulent.

If you receive an email offering attendee lists or contact data for World of Coffee Brussels, we strongly recommend that you do not engage with the sender, do not make any payment, and delete the message.

Similarly, please be aware that the only official housing partner for World of Coffee Brussels is Brussels Booking Desk. Any other company claiming to provide official accommodation services for the event is not authorized.

If you are an exhibitor and would like to capture attendee information during the event, the only official and compliant way to do so is by renting a lead scanner from the event’s registration provider. This enables exhibitors to collect attendee details directly, with the attendee’s consent, when visitors come to your stand. 

If you receive suspicious communications relating to attendee data or accommodation bookings, we encourage you to disregard them and report them to World of Coffee team.
