A Roaster Village is the place where micro roasters meet customers, coffees are roasted, brewed and tasted. The village offers visitors the opportunity to see the latest trends in coffee sourcing, handling, roasting, brewing, and distribution, not to mention coffee tasting!
TWO ROASTER VILLAGES / ONE WORLD OF COFFEE
World of Coffee Athens 2023 was the first World of Coffee show to feature two Roaster Villages on the show floor; Roaster Village East and Roaster Village West. Returning for 2025, these two Villages will host more companies than ever before with experienced and emerging specialty coffee roasting companies featured side-by-side.

As in previous years we will have 2 types of tables.
Table Types:
Espresso Tables: will be provided with a sponsored Espresso machine for the duration fo the show to be used. This espresso machine must always remain on these tables.
Non-Espresso Tables: will not be provided with any espresso equipment but may have the option to avail of other sponsored equipment if the opportunity arises.
The tables are strictly limited to one table per company.
*Please note. Any village exhibitors wishing to utilise Espresso equipment, must book an Espresso Table.
No non-sponsored espresso machines will be permitted onsite in the Roaster Villages.

Newly added qualifiers include:
Exhibiting company/brand must be a specialty coffee roaster
Tastings and/or cuppings must be available at the company/brand’s Village booth
Exhibiting Company and/or Parent Company must have annual revenue not exceeding €3 million Euro
Companies can participate in The Village for a Max of 3 Years – commencing from 2026.
No more than one company can exhibit at a single booth.
If accepted, exhibitors will select their booth on a first-come, first-served basis.
