Effective Sourcing Strategies for Small and Medium Roasters

Lecture Description

Small and medium roasters have more coffee sourcing options than ever before - be it direct trade, 3rd party import, importer facilitated, auctions, or spot; all bring their own risks and rewards. With a volatile coffee market and ongoing challenges to the hospitality sector, making sourcing choices which align with each roaster’s specific situation will be key to success.

We’ll look at all the options, identify the practical implications of each, what you need to execute them well, and show how to choose the right blend of strategies for your particular business.
